Showing your Google rating
The Google rating card shows your star rating and review count from Google once your listing is linked. If we built your site from your Google listing, it is already linked.
- Open your salon on Google Maps and copy its link.
- Paste it into Your Google listing.
- Press Link my Google listing (or Update Google link if one is already there).
The card then reads Your Google rating with the stars and review count, and a view on Google link.
Adding and editing reviews on your site
The Reviews list is what shows on your site. Each review has a Reviewer name, a star rating from one to five, and the words they wrote. Edit the ones we set up, remove any, or press + Add review to add your own. Keep them genuine: only use words clients actually said.
Press Save reviews when you are done. A review with no name and no words is dropped when you save.
When the change shows: your live site shows it within 2 minutes of saving. Refresh the page to see the change. More about live site updates.
Reordering and removing reviews
Drag the ⠿ handle, or use the ↑ and ↓ arrows, to change the order. Press Remove to take one off. Then press Save reviews.
