Pending approval
Looks snapped in the salon with the capture app appear under Pending approval. For each one:
- Approve publishes it to your site.
- Reject removes it from the queue.
With Telegram connected, you can also approve new looks from your phone.
When the change shows: your live site shows it within 2 minutes of saving. Refresh the page to see the change. More about live site updates.
Published looks
Published looks shows every before and after on your site, newest first.
Your site holds up to 24 photos, including your salon photos. Approving or adding a look when there are already 24 removes the oldest one from your site, and the console tells you when this happens.
- Adjust framing opens the look's original photo: drag it and zoom to choose what shows, then press Save framing and your site updates.
- Download saves a copy stamped with your salon name or logo, ready to post. Choose the stamp under Content.
- Delete takes a look off your site. Press it once, then press Sure? to confirm.
Use ← Prev and Next → to page through a long list. To add a look from a computer, use the Capture app section.
Skipping approval
If you trust every photo your team takes, turn on Auto-share looks in the Capture app settings. New looks then go straight to your site without waiting here.
